Tweed Stampede Rodeo: The Ultimate Rodeo Experience

 Howdy Stampede Fans,

The wait is almost over – the Tweed Stampede & Jamboree kicks off this week and early campers are already rolling in! This is shaping up to be our biggest year ever, so please plan ahead.

• Water & Drought Notice: Bring your own water for RVs, horses, and camping. The lake is open for swimming & fishing (no lifeguard). RV pump-out available for $40 cash (call 587.340.8159).
   
• Parking: All parking is in the field south of Stoco Lake Lodge – follow yellow signs. Accessible parking at the main entrance. $10/day. No tailgating. Carpool if possible. OPP will be on site for road safety.
   
• Bars & Drink Tickets: This is an all-ages event. Ages 19–30 must get age-verified wristbands daily. Drink tickets are valid only on the day purchased. Buy early at the main office to avoid lines. Cash & debit only – no credit cards.
   
• Concerts & In/Outs: Only registered campers have in/out privileges. No outside food, drinks, or alcohol permitted. Bags and chairs will be checked. Respect the grounds – no glass, no smoking outside designated areas.
   
• Camping: Check-in times – Tue/Wed: Noon–9pm, Thu/Fri: 9am–9pm, Sat: 9am–Noon. Full fire ban in effect! No open flames or fireworks ($250 fine). Please bag garbage & returnables separately.
   
• Rodeo Grounds: Full capacity expected. Buy tickets in advance! Do not stand against the  rodeo ring (dangerous & blocks view). Outside alcohol is prohibited – cash bar on site. Vendors and Kids Zone open at 10am daily.
